Tracy joined the team in 2015 after leaving her career in Optics. Only ever been a 'Mum Cook' and took the leap where she makes the majority of the Cakes & Sweet Treats you see available in the Tearooms, a lot of behind the scenes baking at very unsocial hours - but she ensures that the Tearooms doesn't go without. When not at the Tearooms, Tracy is doing a huge amount of outside catering and is committed to 7 days helping make it happen. In her spare time - a glass of vino & sleep! P.S. Tracy is also Mum to Jason!
