Zoe 'Zolly'
Zoe joined the team in 2019 with this being her first job. At the same time we had Holly who worked similar shifts, Jason continued to get their names wrong, so Zoe was renamed Zolly and it has stuck! Zolly is soon to fly the nest and venture into the big wide world - but for now, she is a huge part of the weekend team, when not producing spectacular celebratory cakes for friends and family. They are AMAZING.
